Member Portal

Centralina members have access to numerous opportunities to shape our regional agenda and access to valuable resources to improve outcomes in their communities. This portal provides a central hub to help your community better connect with the information and services that we offer exclusively to members. There are four primary sections – Grants & Funding (grants alerts, forecasts, grant support videos), Intergovernmental Advocacy (congressional representatives, congressional calendars, state & federal action plans), Your Membership (information about member benefits, Centralina delegate handbook, member liaison information) and Your Resources (a repository of Centralina Learns videos, guides / toolkits and external resources that you can filter by topic and type). We continuously update and add resources to each section throughout the year and highlight new additions in our monthly newsletter. Reach out to our member liaisons at info@centralina.org with any questions or if you need to be added to our distribution list.

Centralina Learns: Intro to Mobility Hubs

July 8, 2025
Centralina's Integrated Mobility Center (IMC) is moving forward with the implementation of mobility hubs in the region! Mobility Hubs can come in all different varieties, so any community within the Centralina service area should consider applying. This session provides the basics of what mobility hubs are, illustrates some examples of successful mobility hubs and explains the application process to become a pilot project.

When a construction or repair contract over $300,000 involves a building, the procurement and contract are subject to additional requirements under N.C.G.S. 143-128. Therefore, this question must be answered to determine whether the additional statutory requirements apply to this procurement scenario.

The micro-purchase threshold is a federal procurement threshold under which competitive procurement is not required. The default micro-purchase threshold is $15,000, but local governments may increase the micro-purchase threshold up to $50,000. An explanation of increasing the micro-purchase threshold and a template for the required annual self-certification is available here.
