Microtransit is increasing as an option for public transportation across the state and in our region. Microtransit is a type of on-demand public transportation that is similar to a private rideshare service. Microtransit can supplement existing public transportation services, offering first and last-mile connections, as well as provide transportation options in lower-density and rural areas.
