Centralina Regional Council is seeking a qualified partner to complete a compensation and classification study for the Centralina workforce. We completed our last study in 2018 and is due for a full update. Centralina released a Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals and full requirements are outlined in the document below.
The following are the study objectives that directly shape the scope of work:
- Ensure the organization’s compensation structure, compensation plan and benefits plan support internal equity and maintain external competitiveness.
- Address any identified inequities or salary compression within the current workforce.
- Create career pathways and growth opportunities for positions within the organization.
- Ensure an effective and equitable approach to professional development.
Proposals and all attachments shall be emailed to Venecia Rock White, HR & Operations Manager, at email@example.com by August 6, 2021 at 5pm. An original hard copy must also be submitted to the following address and received by Centralina no later than 5pm on August 6th.

Upon review of the RFP documents, interested respondents may have questions to clarify or interpret the RFP in order to submit the best proposal possible. Respondents shall submit questions via email to firstname.lastname@example.org by July 20, 2021 at 5pm. Please use “Pay & Classification Study Proposal Questions” as the subject for the email and reference the applicable RFP section. Centralina will post answers to questions received on this webpage by July 23, 2021.
