Early Care Siting for Health, Equity and Economic Vitality
Early care and early childhood education programs play a fundamental role in fostering healthy communities and vibrant local economies. While the importance of these crucial services can often be
overlooked or forgotten when times are “normal,” the COVID-19 pandemic quickly reminded us that these programs are essential to ensuring economies and communities not only thrive, but function in the first place. Behind The Rebrand
In 2019 we conducted a strategic review and determined that we needed to revamp how our organization presents itself and develop a more unified brand story. This rebrand was an opportunity to better reflect where we are today as an organization.
Aging and Disability Awareness Training
By the year 2030, one in five North Carolinians will be 65 and older, and the proportion of older adults 85 and over will increase as the baby boomer population moves into this age group. As North Carolina demographics skew towards the older population, learning more about how to serve their needs becomes more important. Getting a head start with Aging and Disability Awareness Training is essential to ensure good customer service for all organizations that work with this population now and in the years to come.
