About Conference Sponsorship

Conference sponsorship gives your organization visibility with elected officials, top‐level local government staff and civic leaders from across the region (covering Anson, Cabarrus, Gaston, Lincoln, Iredell, Mecklenburg, Rowan, Stanly, and Union counties.) Now in its fourth year, the Conference has a strong following among the region’s leading decision‐makers and earns rave reviews:

In addition, regular emails to over 1,000 people both in and beyond the region promote the Conference up to 4 months in advance, driving prospective attendees to the Conference website which provides pre‐conference recognition for our sponsors. Sponsor logos on the pre‐Conference Sneak Peek brochures gives additional visibility as they are attached to selected Conference emails.

What’s Involved?

It’s simple. Click on the link in the “Become a Sponsor” box above to sign up and reserve your space as a Sponsor, Exhibitor, or Program Advertiser, indicating:

  • Your sponsorship level
  • Your preferred payment method
  • Your organization’s name as you want it to appear in conference materials
  • Contact info for your authorizing official and for your logistics coordinator

You’ll receive a confirmation email and, once your payment is received, additional information for your digital logo files or program advertisement will follow. Your pre-conference sponsor benefits will start once your payment and logo files are received.

Sponsorship Levels. Sponsorships start at $1,000 and rise to $7,500, providing increasing benefits at each level. See the Sponsor Packet for details of each level (download from the box above).

Payment Methods & Policies. Payment may be made by credit card or by check (CCOG will invoice on request). Sponsorships must be paid in full to be included in Event Day recognition, or by the relevant publication deadlines for pre-Conference recognition.

Attending the Conference. Sponsors and Program Advertisers may elect to attend the Conference or not, as they choose, but Exhibitors are encouraged to have at least one representative manning their table for Event Day. Your attendees, if any, will need to register to attend the conference, either as paid attendees or using the complimentary tickets associated with your sponsorship level.
