Arthritis Services of Charlotte Mecklenburg joined forces with Centralina Area Agency on Aging on Feb 1. The agency, for the past 40 years has been a free standing non-profit dedicated to supporting and teaching persons with arthritis and other chronic health issues  appropriate self-management skills that are adjacent to medical management. Most specifically, their program, The Community Arthritis/Chronic Disease Project provides comprehensive programming in locations where the Mecklenburg County Senior Nutrition Project has noon-time meals for our senior citizens. Check them out and look for more programs to come from this exciting partnership!
